I was recently speaking with a client of mine, whom I only manage Shopify ads for. We were discussing opening up our engagement to something more, and they shared something with me that, at the time, I ignored but have since spent some time reflecting on.
They mentioned that they are working with another agency to grow one of their many apps. The agency guaranteed a specific level of growth over a set period.
