Hello Collective! I’m writing this on Tuesday night - election evening in the US. 

If you follow me on X, you know where I stand politically. I’m hoping you’re all feeling good about the outcome when this ends up in your inbox. 

This episode will be shorter, but I want to talk about appreciation and how you express it to your customers, vendors, and the people you work with.

Future Deb from the morning writing this: I am devastated. I hope you all hug your loved ones a little closer today, especially if you have a mom, a daughter, a niece, and a grandmother.
